The MLS service is the best place to list your home.   It is the market place where most buyers and sellers meet.  There is a reason why people go the marketplace to sell their goods. 


When selling your home, it is important to value your property correctly.  As a Realtor, I routinely keep up to date with sales history, current housing trends, and the latest marketing strategies.   

Selling on your own?


Selling your home on your own is often a time consuming, frustrating, no-win strategy.

Private buyers will undoubtedly discount your asking price by the commission amount.  Many buyers prefer to make an offer using the help and advice of a Realtor.  Therefore, you'll agree to pay the Co-operating Broker Commission.  You will take on much of the risk and very little of the reward by going it alone.

Marketing?

I will host open houses, advertise, offer incentives etc. 

Marketing for each property is different. The MLS listing service will give your property the immediate exposure to many active buyers.  In addition, I will analyse and review your potential buyers and market to them as directly as possible using web photos/videos/maps, newspaper and internet ads, fliers, open houses, and the exclusive Homelife Marketing Strategy. 

Listing Agreement?

Is a standard legal contract between you and my Broker. Be aware of the expiry dates and conditions that run past expiry.  The minimun listing period is 60 days. When signing the agreement, I will be happy to review the agreement in detail with you.  

FINTRAC forms?

New federal regulations and money laundering laws require a Realtor to ensure the identification of their clients.  Prior to the completion of an agreement you will be asked for identification information.
