Selling on your own?

Selling your home on your own is often a time consuming, frustrating, no-win strategy.

Private buyers will undoubtedly discount your asking price by the saved commission amount.  The majority of buyers prefer to make an offer using the help and advice of a Realtor.  Therefore, you'll have to agree to pay the Co-operating Broker Commission when a buyer works with a Realtor.

I will use my knowledge, access to sales information, and negotiation skills to get the best price for your property. I will advise you on how to prepare your home for sales presentations. I will research your neighbourhood and market your property appropriately. I will listen to your needs and keep you informed every step of the way.

Marketing?

For each property this is different. The MLS listing service will give immediate exposure to your property.  In addition, I will analyse and review your potential buyers and market to them as directly as possible using web photos/videos/maps, newspaper and internet ads, fliers, open houses, and the Royal Lepage Signature Realty Home Marketing System.

Listing Agreement?

Is a standard legal contract. Be aware of the expiry dates and conditions that run past expiry.  The minimun listing period is 60 days. When signing the agreement, I will be happy to review the agreement in detail with you.  I personally guarantee my services.  This means that if you are not satisfied with my services you may cancel the agreement at any time.
