This agreement can protect you the Buyer. It will ensure that the relationship between you and your agent is perfectly clear and that the agent working with you is also contractually obligated to work for you.
When you are ready to start physically viewing houses and are considering a purchase, it is a good time to review this agreement and the Agency Relationship. Remember, if you are not committed to your agent, then he/she may not be committed to you.
